🧁 Made-to-Order & Perishable Products

All of our items are baked fresh and made-to-order with care and intention. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

🚫 No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

• Missed pickups or deliveries

• Changes of mind

• Dislike of flavor or texture (taste is subjective, and we do our best to describe every product accurately)

• Improper handling/storage after pickup or delivery

📦 Pickups & Deliveries

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, it is your responsibility to handle and store it appropriately. We are not liable for damage caused after the order leaves our possession.
